據塔斯社報道，俄羅斯國家航天公司總裁德米特裏·羅戈津在「24小時新聞」電視臺表示，作為對美國製裁的回應，俄將停止向華盛頓出口火箭發動機。
他說：「我們今天決定對美禁售俄動力機器公司生產的火箭發動機。我想提醒大家，自90年代中期以來，我們對美的供應相當充足」。
報道援引《共青團真理報》報道，20多年來，泰國果凍威而鋼、 液態威而鋼哪裡買、 液態威而鋼購買、 kamagra oral jelly 100mg、 泰國果凍威而鋼效果、 泰國果凍威而鋼評價、 泰國果凍威而鋼購買俄已為美國航空航天局提供了100多臺火箭發動機，它們被用於向軌道運送貨物的「宇宙神」和「大火星」運載火箭。
報道稱，2014年後，美國國會不時批評五角大樓在美國火箭上使用俄製發動機，甚至禁止五角大樓在2019年之後繼續這樣做。不過後來五角大樓設法解除了這一禁令，俄專家估計原因是美國在2025年前無法造出自己的火箭發動機。
報道指出，俄國內也一直有拒絕對美出售火箭發動機的呼聲。
此外，俄國家航天公司也將中止與德國在國際空間站俄方艙段中的聯合試驗。
